Naor Peser is an Israeli defender, born on 18 October 1985.
Naor got his primary football education at the youth football academy of FC Maccabi Petah Tikva. In 2006 the youngster was finally offered to sign a professional contract with the club and clinched a 4-year deal. However, he needed time to become a valuable first-team member. He had to train hard for months before being finally given an opportunity to play in a competitive fixture. It was the 2009/2010 season, when the defender began appearing on a pitch during first-team matches. He took part in 6 games that season, before being sent on loan to FC Maccabi Ahi Nazareth, where he managed to open his goalscoring record.
Right after the end of the loan spell, Naor was transferred to FC Ironi Nir from Ramat HaSharon. There he quickly established himself as a valuable first-team member and helped his new club to get the promotion to the Israeli Premier League, winning the Liga Leumit. Altogether the player made 30 first-team appearances for the Ramat HaSharon side during the 2011/2012 season.
In the summer 2012 Peser completed a move to Maccabi Petah Tikva.
