Benito Nicolas Viola is an Italian footballer, born in 1989. He graduated from the youth ranks of Reggina and was promoted to the first team. His Serie A debut was on 11 January 2009 in the match against Lazio, when Nicolas Viola substituted Luca Tognozzi on the 56th minute, he made three more substitute appearances and on 31 May he was included in the starting eleven. That game was a 1-1 draw against Siena. He netted his first goal for the side on 24 August 2009 in a 1-0 victory over Cesena. In the 2010/11 season he was a starter and throughout that season Viola made 31 league appearances.
On 30 January 2012 he signed for Palermo on a joint-ownership deal but only managed to make 6 appearances for the club. In August 2013 he moved to Serie B side Ternana.
Nicolas Viola was a part of the Italy U16, U17, U18 and U19 teams.
