Oğuzhan Türk is a midfielder of VVV-Venlo. He was born on 17 May 1986 in Kampen, Netherlands.
Oğuzhan’s career took off in the youth team of DOS Kampen. Soon after the beginning of his performance, the footballer was noticed by Heerenveen scouts that could offer him a senior contract. In 2005, Türk joined the reserve squad, but failed to make any appearances for it. That is why he was sent on loan to Go Ahead Eagles two years later. The footballer’s professional début came on 10 August 2007 in the crashing 6-0 victory over Emmen. The management of the temporary club gave Oğuzhan regular playing practice and saw him make five goals in 66 fixtures during two years.
In 2009, Türk’s temporary contract expired, and he returned to his parent Heerenveen. However, the midfielder did not stay there for long and soon moved to Cambuur. The player made 83 appearances and amassed 15 goals during three seasons, which drew the attention of VVV-Venlo. The club secured Oğuzhan’s services on a two-year deal in July 2012.
