Oleg Vlasov is a Russian midfielder, born on 10 December 1984 in Russia.
He began his football grooming at an amateur Kirovsk Sport School, and then came up through the youth ranks of St. Petersburg clubs Smena, Izhorets and Kirovets.
In 2001, Oleg signed his first professional contract with FC Pikalyovo. From 2002 till 2006, Vlasov performed for FC Zenit St. Petersburg, appearing on the field in 51 games and scoring 4 goals for the period. In 2003, he helped the club to finish as a runner-up in the Russian Premier League. He continued his career in FC Saturn Moscow Oblast in the 2006/2007 season scoring one goal in 15 games. In 2008, Vlasov moved to FC Terek Grozny amassing 61 appearances in all competitions for the club by the end of the 2011/12 season.
