Oleh Krasnopyorov is a Ukrainian professional footballer currently playing as a defender for Metalist Kharkiv. He was born on July 25, 1980 in Poltava, Ukrainian SSR, Soviet Union.
In 1998 Oleh Krasnopyorov signed his very first professional contract with Vorskla Poltava FC and played for Vorskla-2 Poltava FC till 1999. He appeared in 19 matches of the squad and was loaned to Adoms Kremenchuk for the season of 1999/2000. The footballer marked 23 fixtures he took part in with 9 goals.
In the summer of 2000 Oleh Krasnopyorov transferred to Dynamo-2 Kyiv FC and performed there for one season, featured in 26 matches and scored 3 goals. The defender spent the next season of 2001/2002 on loan in Zakarpattya Uzhhorod FC and took part in every match of the club either as a first team player or as a substitute.
Due to his good shape and prominent defending skills, Oleh Krasnopyorov was signed by Illichivets Mariupol FC from 2002 till 2008. The footballer managed to break into the first string and in total was fielded in 132 games over 6 years.
