Oleh Mishchenko is a Ukrainian professional footballer currently playing as a midfielder for Vorskla Poltava. He was born on October 10, 1989 in Kyiv, Ukrainian SSR, Soviet Union.
In the season of 2006/2007 Oleh Mishchenko performed for Dynamo-3 Kyiv FC and Dynamo-2 Kyiv FC, but it was clear that joining the first squad of the team was hardly possible. So, in 2008 the midfielder joined Metalurh Donetsk FC and made his debut in the Ukrainian Premier League in May 2009 in a match against Dnipro Dnipropetrovsk FC. In 2009 the footballer also took some tests at Roma AS (Associazione Sportiva Roma), but did not meet the requirements of the Serie A club.
Since Oleh Mishchenko was not a first-choice player at Metalurh Donetsk FC, he was loaned to such clubs as Stal Alchevsk FC in 2008, Hoverla-Zakarpattia Uzhhorod FC in 2011 and Hoverla Uzhhorod FC in 2012. In 2013 the player moved to another Premier League side Vorskla Poltava.
Oleh Mishchenko participated in a number of games of the Ukraine National U15, U16, U17, U18 and U19 Football Teams.
