Onur Bayramoğlu was born in the family of sportsmen in Eskişehir, Turkey. His father was a former football player and his mother played volleyball. He has been keen on football since early childhood. From 2001 till 2008 he performed for the youth team DSİ Bentspor.
In 2008, a young midfielder signed a contract with Bozüyükspor. During one year he managed to appear in 17 matches scoring 2 goals for the club. On 4 August 2009, Onur joined Beşiktaş J.K. on a four-year deal. On 3 October 2010, the player made his debut in the Süper Lig match against Trabzonspor A.Ş. With the appointment of a new manager, Carlos Carvalhal, Bayramoğlu had to move to the reserve team for the 2011/12 season.
From 2012 to 2013 the Turkish midfielder had been under contract with Gençlerbirliği S.K. but spent part of the spell on loan at Karsiyaka SK. On 22 January 2012 he made his club debut in the Süper Lig against MKE Ankaragücü. In the summer 2013 he moved to Eskisehirspor but was immediately loaned to Bozüyükspor.
On 25 March 2009 Onur made his debut on the international level when he represented the Turkey U-19 team in the match against Russia.
