Pablo Sarabia García is a Spanish footballer who mostly plays a left winger or flank striker. He performs for Getafe since 2011.
Pablo made his first steps in football at 8 in an academy ‘Escuela de Fútbol Madrid Oeste Boadilla del Monte’ (school of football of Boadilla del Monte in Eastern Madrid). He moved to Real Madrid’s academy in 2004 aged 12 where he continued his education till 2009. Having finished his studies he moved to Real Madrid Castilla – the reserve team of Real Madrid.
Pablo made his debut for the side in the Segunda B division on January 3, 2010 facing Alcorcón. At the same time the player being a part of Real Madrid’s youth ranks won the national contest among clubs’ youth teams. Then he got promotion to the main squad of the ‘Blancos’.
Having made only one appearance for the main squad he joined Getafe in July of 2011 having put his signature under a 5-year agreement.
As for his progress in the national squad he made his first international appearance playing for the U-16 team in 2008. Afterwards, in 2009 Pablo took part in the U-17 World Cup in Nigeria. Taking part in the all seven games he scored once and it helped his side reach the third place.
In 2011 Pablo Sarabia became a captain of the squad that conquered the UEFA European U-19 Football Championship trophy as Pablo scored twice in five games.
