Paolo Dellafiore plays as a defender for Siena. He was born on February 2, 1985 in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
Dellafiore´s professional career started in 2004, when he signed a 2-year contract with Internazionale. After a year on the subs bench he was loaned to Spezia. For half a year he took part in 13 matches for his temporary team. In the summer 2005 Dellafiore was loaned to Treviso where he spent the 2005/2006 season. During this period the defender scored one goal in 23 matches.
In 2006 Paolo signed a permanent contract with Palermo, where he spent the 2006-2007 and took part in 8 games. In summer 2007 the footballer was on loan to Torino, where he kicked one goal in 25 matches for a season. In January 2009 Dellafiore was loaned to Torino for another half a year and scored 2 goals in 11 matches for this team.
In summer 2009 Paolo Dellafiore signed a contract with Parma, where he spent a year and a half and played in 24 matches. In January 2011 the defender was on loan to Cesena and in summer 2011 he joined Novara. In 2012 Paolo Dellafiore moved to Siena but was soon sent on loan to Serie B side Padova.
From 2001 to 2008 Paolo Dellafiore took part in 10 matches for the Italy U-15, U-20 and U-21 national teams.
