Pavel Krmaš was born on March, 3 1980 in Broumov, Czech Republic. He is a footballer of large stature and for this reason he is usually put on the position of a center back. Yet, sometimes Pavel can take a place of a defensive midfielder.
Krmaš started to play football in the youth section of his native town club of Slovan Broumov. In 1991 the player joined TJ Náchod, and in three years he started to play for Hradec Králové. There he finished his youth career in 1999 and became a senior player.
In 1999 Pavel joined FK Admira/Slavoj Prague where he scored nine goals in two seasons. In 2001 the footballer was signed by Sparta Prague. After that he moved to SK Hradec Králové where he had earlier played as a youth. There the player spent the whole season playing for the main squad. In 2003 Pavel made his way back to Prague where as opposed to the previous seasons he played for the main club squad. He took part only in three matches and was fielded 7 times for the reserve team. For this club the player made his debut in the UEFA Cup in 2003.
In February 2004 he joined FK Teplice where appeared in 86 matches. SC Freiburg has been his club since 2007. In April 2011 the footballer prolonged the contract with the club for three more years. In last several seasons Pavel was fielded in 103 matches scoring six goals. Sometimes he also appears for the reserve field. As for the international appearances, he hasn’t been invited to the national team.
