Pavlo Khudzik is a Ukrainian professional footballer currently playing as a striker for Zorya Luhansk FC. He was born on April 29, 1985 in Teofipol, Ukrainian SSR, Soviet Union.
Pavlo Khudzik began to play football professionally in 2002 at Krasyliv FC (later Krasyliv-Obolon Krasyliv FC), but in 2004 the club was dissolved and the footballer moved to Enerhetyk Burshtyn FC. Over two seasons the striker showed up on the pitch 64 times and scored 9 goals. With the team he won the Ukrainian Second League (Druha Liha).
From 2007 till 2010 Pavlo Khudzik performed for Lviv FC. At first he featured for a reserve squad, then in 2007 played on loan for Knyazha Schaslyve FC in the Ukrainian Second League.
In July 2008 Pavlo Khudzik made his debut in the Ukrainian Premier League. His first goal for Lviv FC was scored in August 2008 in a match against Metalurh Donetsk FC.
In 2010 Pavlo Khudzik joined Obolon Kyiv FC and over one season marked his 26 appearances with 4 goals.
In 2011 the striker signed up with Zorya Luhansk FC.
