A Ukrainian footballer Pavlo Ksyonz was born on 2 January 1987 in Myrhorod.
In 2004, Pavlo signed for Dynamo Kyiv thus beginning his professional career. He played for the reserved teams until 2006, when he was promoted to the main squad. But hardly had Ksyonz entered the first squad, when he was sent on loan to FCCSKA Kyiv. The footballer made 11 appearances during half a year. In 2007, the next loan spell followed. That time, Pavlo was sent to FC Zakarpattia Uzhhorod, where he spent the rest of the 2007/08 season, making 11 appearances.
During the period from 2008 to 2009, Ksyonz continued to serve loans to such clubs as Illichivets Mariupol, FC Kharkiv and Zakarpattia Uzhhorod. The footballer didn’t manage to settle in any of them, performing as a temporary player. Finally, in 2010, a contract on permanent basis was signed with Oleksandria. The forward managed to become the team’s anchor player, featuring in 32 club’s fixtures.
In 2012, a transfer to Karpaty Lviv happened. In the season 2013/2014 the player performed for Metalist Kharkiv.
Ksyonz represented the Ukraine youth national squad at U-16, U-18 and U-19 levels.
