Raúl Jiménez is a Mexican striker. Raúl was born on 5 May 1991 in Tepeji, Mexico.
Jiménez is a product of América’s youth system. On 9 October 2011 the young forward made his first team debut under head coach Alfredo Tena.
In 2012 Jiménez was selected for the Mexico U-23 national football team to take part in the Toulon Tournament. Raúl featured in all the five games of the national squad and notched a key goal in a game against the Netherlands which helped the Mexican footballers win the trophey.
In the summer 2012 Jiménez participated in the Summer Olympics where the Mexico national team also won the gold medals.
