Robert Brady is a winger of Manchester United. He was born on 14 January 1992 in Dublin, Ireland.
In 1998 Robert started to train in the St Kevin’s Boys academy and spent ten years there. During that time the Irish player proved to be capable, active and talented player. The position of a winger fits him perfectly, because Robert likes to make his way through the flank and bend the ball to a forward. Brady’s performance at the youth championships attracted the attention of the English side Manchester United. Robert became its trainee in 2008 and spent two more years in the academy so he could set off as a professional footballer.
In 2010 Brady was offered to sign a professional contract. That confirmed the fact Manchester United valued Robert’s achievements and was not going to let him go, but the player did not make starts or come as a substitute and the only place he could gain experience was the training ground.
In the summer 2011 Brady had the same opinion concerning his playing practice as the MU management. The club offered him to go on loan and he accepted the offer. In 2011/2012 the midfielder played for Hull City, the Championship club. That helped him to be more self-confident.
From 2005 till 2010, Robert was capped 18 times for the Ireland national U17, U19 and U21 teams and scored six goals.
