Robyn Johannes

Robyn Johannes was born on June 23, 1986 in Cape Town, South Africa. He plays as a centre-back or a right-back.

Johannes is an apprentice of Pretoria University F.C. He was also training with English side Wolverhampton.

The young defender has made 20 appearances for Pretoria University F.C. before moving to Mamelodi Sundowns. However he has failed to prove himself on a regular basis at Lucas Moripe Stadium, having made just 50 appearances for 5 seasons.

In 2010 Johannes has put pen to paper on Orlando Pirates contract.

After three years with the club Chinyama joined Platinum Stars.

2011-2012 Johannes has a season-long spell with Lamontville Golden Arrows, after which he has returned to the Orlando Stadium.

Centre-back has won 3 South Africa caps.
