Rodolfo Salinas is a Mexican midfielder. He was born on 29 August 1987 in Gómez Palacio, Mexico. Salinas emerged through the junior system of San Luis.
In 2007 Salinas penned his first professional agreement with San Luis. In the same year the young footballer made his Liga MX debut against Club América. In March 2008 the midfielder netted his debut goal in a game against Monterrey. Rodolfo scored 3 goals in 73 games for San Luis overall.
In 2010 Salinas sealed a deal with Santos Laguna with which the footballer won his first Liga MX title. Rodolfo failed to come on the field in the debut season with the Warriors, but soon the player established himself within the squad.
Salinas made his international debut for the Mexico national U-23 football team during the 2007 Pan-American games.
