Roland Juhász is a Hungarian defender born in 1983. At the beginning of his senior career, the footballer played for MTK Hungária.
As a part of MTK, Juhász won the Hungarian League, lifted the Hungarian Cup and Super Cup. In 2005 Roland was named Young Hungarian Player of the Year. That year, he penned a contract with the Belgian football club Anderlecht.
Juhász debuted for the new team in the UEFA Championship League match versus Chelsea. Being part of Anderlecht, Roland won Belgian Pro League title four times. In 2013 Juhász was loaned to a Hungarian outfit Videoton and later on signed a permanent deal with the club.
Roland performs for the Hungary national squad. The player’s senior international debut came in April 2004 in a friendly encounter with Japan. Since then, he has taken part in qualifications for the FIFA World Cup (2008, 2012) and UEFA Euro (2006, 2010 and 2014).
