A Spanish footballer Rubén Sanz Alonso performs as a midfielder for AD Alcorcón. Rubén was born on 30 April 1980 in Valladolid, Castile and León.
Being born in Valladolid, Sanz started his playing career at the youth academy of the local club Valladolid. He played for various youth squads during the junior career. This time was very important, as the midfielder earned his first priceless playing experience and got ready to performances on a senior level. In 2001, Rubén was promoted to the B team of Valladolid and his professional career began.
In the summer 2002, the midfielder’s contract was bought out by Langreo. The 2002/2003 season was lined with one goal scored in 31 matches.
In 2003, a move to AD Alcorcón happened. Sanz is one of the club’s pivot players. He’s already spent nine years with the main team. Rubén is the captain of the squad, as he’s considered to be one of the most experienced players. The midfielder made 300 appearances and amassed 20 goals for AD Alcorcón during these nine years.
