A South African footballer Rudi Isaacs plays for Moroka Swallows as a defensive midfielder or as a defender. He was born on 31 January 1986 in Cape Town.
Rudi’s junior career passed at the academies of RAU and Hellenic. In 2003, Isaacs got the promotion to the senior side of Hellenic. He spent the 2003/2004 season with the squad making 17 appearances. In 2004, a move to Pretoria University happened. The player remained at the club until 2006. In total, he appeared 26 times.
In 2006, a deal was agreed with Supersport United. Rudi served a year-long loan to Moroka Swallows in 2007. The following year, he returned to the parent United and continued performing for the first squad. In 2010, a year-long contract was penned with Vasco da Gama. Isaacs managed to produce a good performance during the spell. He made 28 appearances over the course of the season. In 2011, Rudi was scouted by Moroka Swallows.
On international level, Isaacs earned a single call for the South Africa national side in 2005.
