Ruslan Adzhindzhal is a Russian midfielder born on 22 June 1974.
Ruslan started playing professional football in 1991, when he joined FC Dinamo Sukhumi. The footballer spent the 1992 and 1993 seasons at FC Druzhba Maykop amassing 63 appearances for that period.
In 1994 Adzhindzhal signed a contract with FC Baltika Kaliningrad, where he soon became the club’s leader and helped the team to join the elite of the Russian football. Altogether he spent three seasons with the club in the Russian Premier League scoring 23 goals in 182 matches. In 1999 the club relegated from the Russian top championship and the player moved to FC Torpedo-ZIL Moscow, where he stayed for almost two seasons. Later he helped to gain promotions to the top-flight division to FC Uralan Elista and FC Terek Grozny.
After spells with FC Luch-Energiya and FC Krylia Sovetov in between 2006 and 2010, the veteran player moved to FC Volga Nizhny Novgorod. In 2013 he returned to Krylia Sovetov.
