Ruud van Nistelrooy is a former Dutch football player who was born on 1 July 1976. The striker holds the title of the fourth all-time top-scorer in the Champions League with 60 goals. The first team of the player was Den Bosch where he player from 1993 to 1997 and collected 69 appearances. After a short stint in Heerenveen Nistelrooy moved to PSV Eindhoven where he helped the club to claim two Dutch League titles.
In 2001 the prolific striker was invited to Manchester United in 2001 where he helped the club to capture Premier League title, FA Cup, League Cup and FA Community Shield. The player made more than 200 appearances for the side and hit 150 goals, receiving Sir Matt Busby Player of the Year award two times.
In 2006 the striker penned a deal with Real Madrid where his spell lasted for four years. In 2010 the player signed a deal with Hamburger SV, while the last cub in his career was Málaga where he played in the season 2011/2012.
