Salomon Kalou. Biography
Salomon Kalou was born on 5 August 1985 in Côte d’Ivoire. Currently he plays for Lille OSC as a midfielder.
Earlier he represented Feyenoord and Chelsea FC. An Ivorian footballer is rarely released on the field in the first minutes of the game. As a Chelsea player he won the 2007 Football League Cup and the FA Cup the same year. His greatest achievement came in 2012 when he became the Champions League winner.
In early 2008 the midfielder represented his national team at the Africa Cup of Nations for the first time.
In 2008 Salomon Kalou was awarded the CAF Young Player of the Year.
