Saphir Taïder is a midfielder for Internazionale. He was born on 29 February 1992 in Castres, France.
Saphir entered Castres FC when he was 6. He later studied at Albi, INF Castelmaurou and Grenoble.
Saphir Taïder’s professional career started at French Grenoble, after he signed a long-term contract with the club. In the 2010/11 season at Grenoble Saphir made 23 appearances and scored 1 goal.
In 2011 Saphir Taïder joined Italian Bologna and debuted in Serie A in January 2012. After two successfull seasons with the club Taider was lured to Internazionale.
From 2010 to 2011 Saphir Taïder played for France U-18, U-19 and U-20 teams with a total of 15 appearances and 3 goals.
Presently Saphir represents Algeria national team.
