Saša Stević is a central defender for Volyn Lutsk. He was born on 31 May, 1981 in Prijedor, Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Saša began his career in 2000 at FK Rudar Prijedor.
From 2001 to 2005 Stević was the main defender of Borac Čačak, scoring two goals in 53 appearances.
From 2005 to 2008 Stević played in Finland, where he defended the colors of Finnish Jaro and Mariehamn. After that Saša returned to Serbia, to play for Banat Zrenjanin. In 2010 Saša joined Romania Ceahlăul Piatra Neamţ, but at the end of that same season moved to Volyn Lutsk.
In July 2010 Stević made his debut in the Ukrainian Premier League. The Serbian defender is remembered by his courageous character - the footballer was frequently injured, but still continued to play, even with bandaged head.
