Serhiy Pylypchuk is a midfielder for Korona Kielce, Poland. He was born on 26 November, 1984 in Zmiiv, Ukraine.
From 1998 to 2001 Pylypchuk trained at various football academies, where he earned experience and accumulated match practice, before starting his professional career. In 2001 Serhiy became a player of Metalist Kharkiv. During the first three seasons at the club, Pylypchuk played for the second team of the club, making a total of 42 appearances and scoring 7 goals.
In 2004 Serhiy was finally promoted to the first team, and in 2005 he left Metalist for Russian side Spartak Nalchik. Here Sergei became a real leader in the midfield, making frequent appearances in the starting lineup, and eventually totaling 77 games and 11 goals. In 2008 Serhiy Pylypchuk was bought by Russian club FC Khimki, but stayed there for only half a season, during which he made 30 appearances and netted 4 goals. In the next season Serhiy was sent out on loan to his former club Spartak Nalchik.
At the beginning of 2010 Serhiy was purchased by Russian side Volga Nizhny Novgorod, but played only four matches for the club before being loaned to Shinnik Yaroslavl, for which he played 17 matches and scored 2 goals in the 2010/11 season. In the first half of the 2011/12 season Serhiy again rejoined Spartak Nalchik to make 22 appearances. From 2012 to 2013 Serhiy Pylypchuk played for Volyn Lutsk.
After that he joined a Polish side Korona Kielce.
From 2004 to 2006 Serhiy Pylypchuk made 5 appearances for Ukraine U-21.
