A Turkish-German footballer Sezer Badur was born on 20 June 1984 in Berlin.
Sezer started his career playing for Manisaspor. The contract was signed in 2003 for a term of the season. Badur debuted for the club in October 2003 in a match against Ankaraspor. He managed to make seven more appearances before the end of the spell. The following two years Sezer had to spend in amateur division of the German Berlin AK 07. In 2006, the midfielder had a brief spell at SV Yeşilyurt. In 2006, he opted to move to Izmir, where he joined Karşıyaka SK. In total, he appeared 34 times scoring 8 goals for the squad.
In 2007, Sezer was hired by Sivasspor and things changed greatly. The footballer managed to become the team’s anchor playing revealing his potential. Altogether, the midfielder netted seven goals in 64 matches. After such a performance he was offered to join Trabzonspor. The footballer took the proposal and the contract was penned for a fee of €330,000. Badur featured in 11 games during the spell.
In 2012, Sezer had defended Gaziantepspor making eight appearances, before he was scouted by Elazığspor. In 2013 he signed a new deal with Sanliurfaspor.
In 2008, Badur earned his first call for the Turkish full side.
