Sherif Abdel-Fadil. Biography
Egyptian defender Sherif Abdel-Fadil was born on 2 July 1983 in Ismailia, Egypt. He was groomed at the youth system of his hometown club Ismaily before joining the first team of the side in 2003. Sherif played there for six years amassing 47 matches forIsmaily. In 2009, his solid performances sparked interest of two Egyptian Premier League heavyweights – Al-Ahly and Zamalek and Abdel-Fadil became the target of these archrivals. In the summer 2009, he finally opted for Al-Ahly and plays there till today.
As of January 2013, Sherif Abdel-Fadil earned four international caps to the Egypt national team.
