Siphelele Mthembu is a footballer from South Africa, born on 15 August 1987 in Melmoth. Currently he plays for Platinum Stars as a striker. He came through the youth ranks of Maritzburg City and after that he signed for Orlando Pirates. The following teams Mthembu played for on loan deals were Bloemfontein Celtic and Lamontville Golden Arrows. In July 2012 he completed a move to Platinum Stars, signing a two-year contract.
