Son Seung-Joon is a footballer from South Korea. He currently represents Henan Jianye, where he plays as a defender. He was born in 1982 and began his professional career in 2001, signing a contract with Suwon Samsung Bluewings. He was used rarely and the 2005/06 season he spent on loan at Gwangju Sangmu, where he played 19 matches and scored one goal.
In 2008, Son Seung-Joon completed a move to Jeonbuk Hyundai Motors. He stayed with the club until 2012, but wasn’t used in the starting eleven. During his spell at the club he made 41 appearances and scored three goals. In 2012, he signed a deal with Henan Construction.
Son Seung-Joon represented the South Korea U23 national team and earned 3 caps in 2003.
