Syarhey Kislyak plays for FC Krasnodar on loan from Rubin Kazan. He was born on 6 August 1987 in Kamyanyets, Belarus.
Kislyak is a graduate of Kamyanyets junior sports school. His professional football career started in 2004 at Dinamo Minsk. Initially Syarhey played for the second team, until advancing to the main squad and becoming a regular player in 2005. As part of the White-blues the Belarusian midfielder scored 34 goals in 138 matches.
In December 2010 Syarhey joined Rubin Kazan, and on 8 July 2012 the club loaned him to FC Krasnodar for the rest of the season.
From 2003 to 2009 Syarhey played for Belarus U17, U19 and U21, totaling 42 caps and 7 goals. On 14 November 2009 Syarhey Kislyak debuted for the Belarusian national team.
