Tome Pačovski is a Macedonian goalkeeper. Pačovski began his career in football at FK Pelister. He had been an academy trainee until 1997 before receiving an offer to move to club’s youth team. In 1999 Tome started playing football at professional level being included in the senior squad. From 2005 to 2009 the goalkeeper had a string of spells at various Macedonian clubs, such as Bregalnica Delčevo, Rabotnički and Vardar. At one time, Pačovski received a large amount of interest from Russian team FC Terek Grozny but remained at FK Rabotnički.
In 2009 Tome moved to Belgium to join Beerschot AC. The 2010/2011 season was clouded by a serious leg injury, which kept him out of business for six months.
In 2012 Pačovski penned a 3-year contract with KV Mechelen.
His first senior cap for Macedonia came in 2007.
