Ufuk Ceylan. Biography

Ufuk Ceylan was born on June 23, 1986 in Izmir, Turkey. His passion for football goes back to his childhood, when Ufuk played with different local and regional teams. Altay SK became his first youth football club.

In 2002 Ufuk Ceylan was signed as a professional footballer by the same club (Altay SK) and played in 10 matches. In 2006 the goalkeeper joined Manisaspor and made 54 appearances.

In 2009 the footballer signed up with Galatasaray. His debut for the club was made on August 22, 2012 in a match against Bursaspor. His jersey number is 86.

Internationally Ufuk Ceylan was called up to represent his country in friendly matches against such countries as Côte d’Ivoire, Azerbaijan and France.
