Valeri Kazaishvili is a winger of Vitesse. He was born on 29 January 1993 in Ozurgeti, Georgia.
Valeri’s youth career took off in the youth team of FC Saburtalo, where he perfected his skills and gained experience from 2003 till 2010. In the 2010/2011 season, the footballer performed for FC Olimpi Rustavi on loan and made nine league and two national cup appearances during six months. Despite encouraging results, Kazaishvili did not manage to clinch a place in the main team of his parent club and went on loan to Sioni Bolnisi, where he did not feature in any fixtures.
In 2011 Valeri managed to pass a trial at Dutch side Vitesse and penned a professional contract with the new club. The footballer took part in four games and found the net one time as of October 2012.
From 2009 till 2010, Kazaishvili was capped six times and contributed three goals for the Georgia national U-17 team. From 2010 till 2011, he took part in four matches and fired two goals for the U-19 squad. In 2011 the player received his first call-up to the Georgia national U-21 team.
