Vasyl Pryima

Vasyl Pryima is a Ukrainian professional footballer currently featuring as a defender for Metalurh Donetsk FC. The sportsman was born on June 10, 1991 in Novoiavorivsk, Ukrainian SSR, Soviet Union.

Vasyl Pryima started training at a football school called Yantar Novoyavorivsk. In 2004 he moved to Kyiv to train at the academy of Arsenal Kyiv FC. In 2005 the young footballer spent some time at Vidradnyi Kyiv FC and Youth Sportive School No.15 Kyiv. The final stage of his training ran at KSDYSOR Kyiv from 2007 till 2008.

In 2008 Vasyl Pryima got an offer to play for Metalurh Donetsk FC professionally. Without any hesitation the defender accepted the invitation and joined the club playing in the Ukrainian Premier League. The footballer has remained loyal to the team ever since. And although he has not broken into the first string yet, he helps his teammates on the pitch quite often.

From 2006 till 2012 Vasyl Pryima took part in a number of matches for the Ukraine National U16, U17, U18, U19 and U21 Football Teams.
