A French footballer of Portuguese descent Vincent Nogueira plays as a midfielder for FC Sochaux-Montbéliard.
The player’s football career started at Sochaux training centre. Along with the club’s youth team he managed to win the Coupe Gambardella in 2007. In the following year after he had participated in several friendly matches the player joined the France national U-19 football team.
In the 2008/09 season the midfielder suffered several injuries and was reinstated only in the 2009/10 season. To be more precise, he began to take part in trainings for the matches. Vincent intended to come on the pitch as a member of the France national football team squad on 12 August 2009 against Poland.
Despite a promising start of the 2009/10 season when Nogueira was named the best player of Sochaux he sustained a serious injury after which he could return to his team only at the beginning of the 2010/11 season. Step-by-step he integrated into the team.
The midfielder made his league debut on the last day of the 2010/11 season in the match against AC Arles-Avignon. The player scored his second goal on the same date but in the ensuing season (2011/12). It was a fine 18-yard shot against Olympique.
