Vladimir Kisenkov was born on 8 October 1981 in Kaluga. The player began his football career in FC Lokomotiv, Kaluga.
In 2004, the footballer moved to FC Vityaz Podolsk. From 2007 to 2010, Kisenkov performed for PFC Spartak Nalchik. In the summer 2010, Vladimir signed a contract with FC Dynamo Moscow. The injury sustained during the training didn’t give him a possibility to appear on the field till the end of the season. Kisenkov debuted for the club in the following season. The player got injury backset during the match against FC Lokomotiv.
Yuri Krasnozhan and Dmitry Molosh, Vladimir’s coaches from PFC Spartak Nalchik, believe that the player has got one of the most powerful shots in the Russian League. Kisenkov became famous due to his powerful long-range shots.
In 2012, Vladimir Kisenkov was loaned to FC Rostov.
In the summer 2013 Kisenkov switched for Tom Tomsk.
