Vladimir Rykov was born on November 13, 1987 in Novosibirsk, Russia. Since 2011 he has been playing for Dynamo Moscow.
Rykov is a graduate of Novosibirsk football academy. During two seasons Vladimir defended the colors of Chkalovets Novosibirsk. In 2007 he moved to SKA-Energiya Khabarovsk, but he didn’t play a single minute for the club. He enjoyed loan spells at Smena Komsomolsk-na-Amure and Gazovik Orenburg. In 2009 Rykov performed for Saturn-2 Moscow Oblast, and managed 1 goal in 11 games. Then he penned a new contract with KAMAZ Naberezhnye Chelny. Volga Nizhny Novgorod sealed a deal with Vladimir at the beginning of 2010. After three matches for Volga Nizhny Novgorod, Vladimir returned to KAMAZ. The young defender amassed 38 appearances and fired 3 goals and started to wear a captain’s band. In the summer of 2011, Vladimir began to play for Dynamo Moscow.
