Vladyslav Mykulyak is a midfielder, born on 30 August 1984 in Ukrainian SSR, Soviet Union.
In 2001 Vladyslav joined Zakarpattia and was inserted into the youth squad. In 2005 he made his debut for the first team. In 2006 the club was relegated to the second division. Following the unsuccessful season, Mykulyak was going to leave the side. Several Ukrainian sides declared their interest in the midfielder. However, Vladyslav decided to pledge his future to the hometown club.
In 2011 Mykulyak moved to Krymteplitsa, where he spent the 2011/2012 season, featuring in 30 matches and scoring 4 goals. In the summer of 2012 he joined Hoverla. In 2014 the player joined a Belarusian side Slutsk.
