Volodymyr Homenyuk is a forward, currently playing for Arsenal Kyiv FC. He was born on July 19, 1985 in Bokiyma, Ukrainian SSR, Soviet Union.
The first club Volodymyr Homenyuk performed for was called Ikva Mlyniv FC. In 2005, the footballer was recruited by Tavriya Simferopol and stayed there for 4 years, till 2008, having appeared in 119 matches with 32 goals.
In January 2009, the striker was sold to Dnipro Dnipropetrovsk FC. During more than two seasons the head coach gave Volodymyr Homenyuk the opportunity to gain play experience on the pitch. Still, the footballer’s results were not so impressive as compared to the ones showed at the time he had played for Tavriya Simferopol. In total, he scored 13 goals in 51 appearances for Dnipro Dnipropetrovsk FC.
In the summer of 2011 Volodymyr Homenyuk was sold to Arsenal Kyiv FC.
In the season 2013/2014 the forward played for Metalist Kharkiv on loan.
In 2008, Volodymyr Homenyuk made his international debut for the Ukraine national football team.
