Wallace Oliveira dos Santos is a professional Brazilian footballer under contract with Chelsea FC. He was born on May 1, 1994 in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
Wallace is the product of the youth academy of Fluminense FC, where he started training at in 2005. By the year of 2011 he had turned into one of the most promising, talented and memorable Brazilian players of the new generation. In 2011 Wallace showed brilliant performance for the Brazil National U17 Football Team in the U17 World Cup. Due to his outstanding dribbling skills, speedy and powerful way of playing, the footballer was compared to Marcelo, a Real Madrid defender.
After the World Cup Wallace joined the senior squad of Fluminense FC by the request of the head coach Abel Braga.
In November 2012 Chelsea FC signed Wallace for €14 million, but the player stayed on loan at Fluminense FC till the end of the 2012/2013 season. Soon after joining Chelsea the Brazilian went to Internazionale for another loan spell. In the season 2014/2015 Wallace was loaned to Vitesse.
