Will Buckley is a winger of Brighton & Hove Albion. He was born on 21 November 1989 in Oldham, England.
In 2006, Will joined the academy of Rochdale after he spent several years in various English youth systems. The young footballer was the most instrumental at the position of a winger, because he possessed all necessary skills for performing on flanks. It took Buckley two years to perfect his technique and get ready for the professional start.
In 2008, the midfielder penned his first senior contract with the club and started to make occasional appearances. Will managed to clinch a place in the starting XI and netted 13 goals in 59 fixtures for the team from 2008 till 2010.
In 2010, the footballer’s services were secured by Watford, which lodged a tempting bid for him and offered a lucrative contract. Buckley started to come on the pitch in the starting line-up at once and fired five goals in 39 matches for the club during one season.
In 2011, the winger sealed a deal with Brighton & Hove Albion, which bought the player to substitute Elliott Bennett. Will featured in 29 games and found the net eight times during the 2011/2012 season.
