A Brazilian footballer Alexandre Luiz Reame, aka Xandão, plays for Kuban Krasnodar as a central defender. He was born on 23 February 1988 in Araçatuba.
His professional career started in 2005 at Guaruni. His debut season was lined with few appearances for the main team. In 2006, Alexander served loan to Atlético-PR, where he became an anchor player, featuring in 32 matches and scoring one goal for the temporary squad. After coming back to his parent club, Xandão continued to make occasional appearances. By the end of the spell, he made 52 appearances and netted 7 goals.
In 2008, a new contract was signed with Desportivo Brasil, where he was groomed during half a year. In total, he made 14 appearances and amassed three goals. In the summer 2008, he served loans at Fluminense, but he made no appearances during the season.
In the summer 2009, he joined Barueri and stayed on loan for the following season, appearing in 30 matches. His next season would find him at another temporary club São Paulo, where he got an opportunity to play in 44 games and score one goal. In January 2012, Xandão signed a contract with Sporting on the temporary basis.
After that he joined a Russian side Kuban Krasnodar in 2013.
