Zaur Sadayev was born on 6 November 1989 in Shali, Russia.
Zaur started his professional career at FC Terek Grozny in 2006. In his debut season the young striker played in three second-divusion matches coming off the bench as the second-half substitute. Unfortunately, FC Terek lost in all those matches. Next year the forward played in seven games scoring 2 goals. In that season his squad became the silver medallist of the Russian First Division and thus broke into the Premier League for the next season. Overall, Sadayev made a total of 78 appearances in all competitions for Terek since 2006 to 2012.
In 2013 Sadayev featured for Beitar Jerusalem.
Since 2011, Zaur Sadayev is capped to the Russia-2 national team.
