Zdravko Kuzmanović is a defensive midfielder of Internazionale, who was born in a Swiss city of Thun to a family of Serbian emigrants. Kuzmanović is a Serbian international. He followed his father and granddad's steps as they were professional footballers.
Before starting a professional career at Basel, Zdravko had trained at the youth team of Young Boys. The Serbian spent two seasons with the Red Blues, netting 4 goals in 34 matches. In January 2007 Kuzmanović was acquired by ACF Fiorentina for €3 million. The midfielder's Serie A debut fell on 4 March 2007 in a 5-1 victory over Torino. He fired his debut goal for the Lilies on 17 February 2008 in a 2-1 win versus Catania.
In August 2009 Zdravko transferred to VfB Stuttgart for the fee of £7million. In 2013 Zdravko joined Internazionale.
In early 2007 the FA of Serbia started talks with the footballer about his playing for the national squad. Kuzmanović accepted the offer notwithstanding that he was named in the Switzerland U-21. He represented Serbia in the 2010 World Cup, appearing in the 3 games of the group round.
