Zhang Xinxin is a Chinese left-back who currently represents Beijing Guoan. He was born on October 19, 1983 in Beijing, China.
In 1995 Zhang Xinxin kicked off his youth career with Beijing Sangao. He quickly developed into an excellent technical defender and in 2002 Shenzhen Ping’an offered him a full-time contract. In his time with the club, the attack-minded full-back registered 40 appearances and netted one goal. In 2005 his football education took a huge step forward when he joined Wuhan Huanghelou. During his tree-year stay with the club Zhang Xinxin started 82 matches and bagged 4 goals. In the 2008 campaign Wuhan Huanghelou fell into the second tier and it was no surprise when a move to Beijing Guoan materialized. Now the footballer is a consistent performer for the club.
On July 28, 2011 the Chinese full-back was handed a senior debut for the China national team in the qualifier encounter against Laos.
