El Gouna is an Egyptian Premier League club founded in 2003 in El-Gouna.
The team began to carve out the name for themselves from the fourth division and finished atop of the league already in the debut 2003/04 season. They repeated the achievement next year topping the third tier and earning further promotion. Since the 2005/06 the club competed in the Egyptian Second Division until they broke into the top flight in the 2008/09 campaign. The side finished 12th in their debut Premier League season and 11th in the 2010/11 season.
El Gouna FC holds its home matches at the 12,000 seater El Gouna Stadium.
