PFC Lokomotiv Plovdiv is a football club in Bulgaria, located in Plovdiv. It was founded in 1926. Their home ground is Locomotiv Stadium in Plovdiv with a capacity of 11,800.
Throughout its history the club was Bulgarian Cup winner in 1960, 1971, 1982 and 2012. In 2004 Lokomotiv won Bulgarian A PFG and Bulgarian Supercup for the first time since its creation. Their league title in 2004 gave the team a chance to compete in the second qualifying round of the UEFA Champions League where they faced Belgium team Club Brugge.
They finished the 2004/05 season third and qualified for the UEFA Cup, where the team advance to the second qualifying round at the expense of OFK Beograd but were eliminated by Bolton Wanderers.
