History and achievements

Sevilla Football Club was established in 1905. Since then the team managed to win La Liga only once and grabbed the Spanish Cup 4 times.

Sevilla home kit is all white while away kit is red. Such famous footballers as Rinat Dasayev, Diego Maradona, Robert Prosinecki, Diego Simeone, Toni Polster, Bebeto, Davor Šuker, Sergio Ramos, Jose Antonio Reyes played for the club.

Sevilla claims Real Betis its sworn competitor.

In 1958 a new club Sevilla Atlético was affiliated to participate in regional tournaments.

Sevilla is a 17 times winner of Andalucia championship, and in 1946 managed to claim their only La Liga title.

In 2006 and 2007 the team won the UEFA Cup and added the UEFA Super Cup title in 2006 and the Spanish Super Cup title in 2007. One year later they mastered the ‘Russian Railways Cup’.

‘Ramon Sanchez Pizjuan’ seating 45,000 fans is Sevilla’s home ground.

Lately Sevilla has been regularly participating in the Champions League.
