Shurtan Guzar

FC Shurtan Guzar is an Uzbek football team currently competing in the Uzbek League.

Founded in 1994, the team spent their first years rotating between the lower leagues of Uzbek football. They made their first run into the top flight in 2006 but the 2010 season turned to be the most glorious campaign for the club as they recorded their ever best fourth-place league finish and runner-up position in the Uzbek Cup. Such excellent results earned Shurtan Guzar their first spot in the 2011 AFC Cup.

Shurtan Guzar play their home matches at G’uzor Stadium which can hold up to 8,000 people.
