FK Vojvodina is a Serbian club from Novi Sad. The club is one of the most popular and successful in the country, as they are twice Yugoslavian First League champions (1966, 1989), thrice runners-up (1957, 1962, 1975), thrice Serbian Cup runners-up (2007, 2010 and 2011) and one time Serbian SuperLiga runners-up (2009). Besides, Vojvodina was at the third line of the top division ten times (1992-1997, 2007, 2008, 2011 and 2012).
The club has several international achievements as well. In the 1966/1967 season, ‘The Old Lady’ became the European Cup quarterfinalist, but lost to Scottish side Celtic. In 1976, Vojvodina lifted the UEFA Intertoto Cup and added the Mitropa Cup on the list of their trophies one year later.
Nowadays ‘Voša’ is one of the strongest Serbian clubs, which is competing for the title with the likes of capital side Partizan and Red Star. Vojvodina’s home ground is Karađorđe Stadium with approximately 12,000 seats.
